Volunteers are a valued part of the team at PMH Medical Center and we offer a variety of volunteer positions. Our volunteers assist at the information desks, in the gift shop, serve as greeters, and volunteer in many other departments throughout the hospital.
Volunteering is a way to give back to the community, meet new people, and feel good about helping others. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and available a minimum of two to four hours per week for at least three months. Volunteers are trained in specific areas by a department manager or staff member. The Northwest Community Foundation’s (NWCF) Guild members are required to attend monthly meetings. NWCF Guild members can also help with the gift shop and other fundraising activities.
PMH volunteers play an integral part in accomplishing our mission “PMH will improve the health of our community.”
