PMH Medical Center welcomed its first baby born in the new year on Tuesday.
Kamila Torres, daughter of Tanahiri Fuentes and Samuel Torres, was born at PMH Family Birthplace on Tues., Jan. 2, 2018 at 8:09 a.m., joining older siblings Brenda and Jeremiah.
Located inside PMH Medical Center in Prosser, PMH Family Birthplace brings together the latest technology and comforts of home to provide a spa environment to mothers, babies and their families during the childbirth experience.
PMH Family Birthplace also offers additional services to enhance the pregnancy and childbirth experience, including childbirth education courses, lactation support, newborn infant hearing screening program, an after-birth community outreach program and mom’s support group.
